Adelaide Build Advisory’s services are available for custom new home builds, renovations, additions, and developments in Adelaide and surrounds.

Adelaide Build Advisory’s clients benefit from financial savings, minimisation of cost variances throughout the build and time efficiencies. In addition, they remain in control of their build, own all project documentation and plans (including copyright), and enjoy peace of mind knowing that their build is driven by an experienced property specialist.

If clients proceed with a builder from the tender panel, Adelaide Build Advisory does not charge clients a fee. Any costs associated with completing the Research, Planning and Development Approval stages will be paid by the engaged builder as a referral. 

Clients are not obligated to engage a builder form the process. They can get all the way to the Tender Review stage and decide not to proceed. Clients own all documentation and plans free of copyright.

In most cases, builders will pay Adelaide Build Advisory a fee if a project proceeds to construction. The fee (usually 2-4% but may vary due to project complexities) is a redirection of what would be paid to an internal staff member to administer the Research, Tender and Development Approval stages of the project. In addition, it covers Anthony’s time to remain a key point of contact throughout construction.

Adelaide Build Advisory works with a range of quality, South Australian builders – all of which specialise in custom home building. These builders are independent, have a history of financial stability and offer a boutique level of service. Clients benefit from having their project overseen by owners and decision makers apposed to sales consultants and large administration teams that are experienced when working with larger, volume builders.  

The builders recommended for each tender panel will be tailored to the project specifications, the clients’ objectives, budget, and desired outcomes.

No, Adelaide Build Advisory is not a builder – we are an independent building advisory (consultancy). We work independently for clients to achieve the best results from the builder.
